Dr. Conor McNeill previously worked in Performance Science for the Kansas City Royals, leading several projects driving physical development across the organization.

Prior to his work in baseball, he spearheaded physical preparation and applied sport science for the New Zealand All Blacks 7s and Black Ferns 7s for major competitions, including the Olympic and Commonwealth Games and World Cup. He also served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 194th Wing, Special Warfare, Air Force, where he optimized the operational readiness and physical performance of tactical athletes in elite military roles.

Conor has experience supporting collegiate sports programs at the University of Washington (2016), Austin Peay (2014), and TCU (2013). He has also made stops with Tianjin Judo (China), the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado, and his former American football team, Les Dauphines de Nice (France).

As an athlete, Conor was a collegiate football player and track and field thrower at Pacific Lutheran University, followed by a season of professional football overseas in France. He studied Business Administration and Sport Psychology at Pacific Lutheran University, earned a master’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Austin Peay State University, and a PhD in Health, Sport and Human Performance from the University of Waikato (NZ).

Conor resides near Seattle, Washington with his wife, Kelly, daughter, Maeve, and son, Miles.
