Will a coach check-in with me?

Coaching is not included in Perform Lite. However, we do check the in app feed Monday-Friday so be sure to post in there and you can send us a question if you need help using the "conversation" button! If you signed up for Perform you can submit videos of your lifts for coaching right in Teambuildr.

When will my program change?

All of our programs are 4-6 weeks in length with the exception of IN-SEASON.

How do I upgrade my membership?

You can upgrade your PERFORM plan at any time by sending us an e-mail or a message in Teambuildr. If you are not sure which plan is best for you send us an e-mail and we will arrange a free consultation.

How do I get a refund?

Send us a message in the app or an e-mail prior to the end of your first 30 days of training requesting a refund. *We do not offer refunds on one-one coaching or beyond your first 30 days of PERFORM.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime by logging into your account, selecting subscriptions, and then cancelling your membership.
