Whether you are a top-level Strength and Conditioning Coach or an up-and-coming trainer mentorship with Dr. Nic Gill will help you accelerate your growth.
Through our many conversations with coaches in the industry, we understand that you may struggle with impostor syndrome, question your programs, and have a hard time finding a trusted mentor who is where you want to be.
Our mission is to completely remove these barriers by providing access to a mentor you can trust and connection with other coaches on a similar journey to you.
Our small group mentorship, Coaches Corner, meets with Gilly twice per month via zoom for one live Q&A and one live lecture. Coaches also connect weekly in our group WhatsApp, have access to all previous call recordings and Rugby Ready training resources.
We intend to never lose the small group connection you get on the calls, so the group size is limited.
