  • Our team of coaches is available to you directly through the in-app chat to answer your questions and ensure you are getting the most out of your membership . One of us will get back to you within 24 hours Mon-Fri. If you signed up for PERFORM you will receive video feedback on your lifts within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

  • Everytime you refer a new member you get a free four week block. All they need to do is mention your first and last name at checkout and we take care of the rest. There are no limits on referrals!

  • You can change your program at anytime by contacting your coach via the in-app messenger.

  • We have many variations for each program track! If you wanted to keep working on SPEED for example your coach will load an entirely new phase of training.

  • Yes! We have various testing weeks that can be loaded into your calendar suited to your training age and position. Whether you want to measure progress in your bronco time, speed on the track, or progress in the gym all you need to is ask and your coach will plan an appropriate time for you to test.

  • We have great options for those who have retired from the game or are looking to keep fit! Our EXPRESS program track caters to ex-rugby players, busy professionals, and rugby players with limited time to train.

  • First, you need to see a sports therapist to be assessed. Ask them to provide guidance on the type of training you can and can’t do and then advise your coach in the in-app messenger. We will be able to provide guidance on modifying your training so you can continue to train if deemed safe by your physiotherapist.
