COACHING WITH GILLY is the right fit for you if you are currently playing semi-professionally or professionally and are a driven, highly-coachable individual willing to put in the work on and off the field.
Your program is personally designed by Dr. Nic Gill to fit your schedule, team demands, injury history, position, goals, and unique strengths and weaknesses. To make sure you get consistent support, your day-to-day coaching, progress monitoring, and feedback are delivered by a dedicated Rugby Ready coach.
During international test weeks when Gilly’s schedule is demanding, your RR coach ensures your training stays on track. Outside of those periods, Gilly is able to provide additional communication and input. This system guarantees you the best of both worlds: Nic’s world-class programming and reliable hands-on coaching from our team.
Your plan includes:
✔ Monthly one-on-one video call with Nic
✔ 4 week individualized strength and conditioning plan for your specific needs designed by Gilly
✔ Daily progress monitoring and coaching with an RR coach
✔ Weekly coach check-ins from a RR coach to monitor your training progress, and adapt your training as you progress
✔ E-mail or whatsapp check-ins from Gilly as his schedule allows
✔ Specific session plans for speed, power, strength, size, energy system development
✔ Video feedback on your lifts and speed work
✔ Live Q&A with Dr. Nic Gill and Tyler Buck every 2nd month
✔ Monthly training and technique call with Tyler Buck
✔ Access to live mental skills calls with Kelly Young
✔ Unlimited access to our full e-book library (nutrition, recovery, recipes, mobility, and more)
