1-1 Gold Coaching with Kat is fully personalized nutrition coaching program designed to help you fuel better, improve body composition, and build sustainable habits that support both performance and everyday life. Perfect for athletes and active individuals who want expert guidance, structure, and accountability.
1-1 Nutrition Coaching with Kat Darry includes:
✔ Individualized nutrition plan tailored to your goals including calorie/macro guidance, portion strategies, habit-building protocols, performance nutrition, and supplement recommendations
✔ 30-minute monthly 1-1 Zoom call to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan
✔ Email support as needed with a 48 hr weekday response time. When Kat is on international duty responses outside of your twice monthly check-in may be delayed
✔ Email check-ins twice per month to review your progress, make adjustments, keep you accountable and on track
✔ Access to Kat’s library of nutritional resources
✔ Kick-off process that includes an in-depth intake form, a 3-day food journal assessment, and a complimentary 30-minute Zoom consultation upon completion of your food journal
What happens after you sign up?
You’ll receive an onboarding email with your intake form and instructions to complete your 3 day food journal. Once both are submitted Kat will reach out via e-mail to schedule your consultation and begin coaching you through your nutrition journey.
